A view of the Bank Of America Building Tower from Market Square. I can't tell you that the view is great from the top, because it is not accessible. I have thought about sneaking over the locked gate, but not seriously, I wouldn't want to be arrested just for a photo opportunity.

Why is it not open to the public? Look at all the stairs on the outside. I wanna go and see the view and I think you should too. MB
