A new office building on Celebration Boulevard, The Palm Plaza is still putting on the finishing touches, as you can see by the unfinished decorative trellis being installed in front of the building. This is a condominium office building and there are still a couple of "suites" available, which you can lease if you don't purchase: 500 Sq Ft for $175,000.00 or 890 Sq Ft for $290,400.00, your choice. There will also be an Executive Corporate Center where you can lease office space with long or short term options.
