Crepe Myrtle

Crepe Myrtle lines one of the side streets near the downtown area.

Update to a previous post: Remember the "home available" I showed you a while ago? I saw it listed for $3,125,000.00. It is one of Celebration's finest estate homes, with a 4 car garage, guest apartment, pool, and over 6300 sq. ft. of 'smart living' space. Take another look at it.

Coca Cutie: I guess that would depend on what kind of itches you are talking about! LOL

I've never seen Crepe Myrtle - those are gorgeous George.
Wonder if I could afford even 1 week in the 'guest apartment'? Sheesh!

Just slightly out of my league. I’d have to get a 2nd job to afford this home. LOL

Shades of Mayberry!
Gorgeous shot!

The other house is really nice, but three million dollars is unbelieveable!

I always liked Crepe Myrtle but it doesn't do well out here. Well the foliage grows ok but it seldom blooms. Not hot enough--or not enough sunshine.
I wasn't too far off on the house price. Oh well, when you are dealing in millions what's a mil or two. LOL

Love the trees but then I looked at our house George! No, I never could have imagined that to be the price but we deserve it, don't you think? My only complaint is that it does not have appropriate land around it that a home of this caliber would deserve. What do you think? Should we pass?
