How very true. I learned this many years ago building a house while living in it and doing without water for a year. I learned a lot about many things. Thought-provoking post George.
I just put this comment on my blog, and I wanted to share it with you, too.
Guess what I found out earlier today and completely forgot until just now? Those lovely lavender flowers from yesterday are called pig squeak! Marsha, a friend at work told me all about it, and I found this online, too: This plant gets its common name, Pig Squeak, from the sound the leaf makes when rubbed between two fingers.
How coincidental is this? One day, it's Pig Squeak. The next day it's a sex-ay swine--thanks, WendyB!

Fuller was speaking with a wisdom that we will all be learning before long.

Yes, very true - and enjoyed the water jet shots. Brought back memories of a trip to florida a decade ago - great novelty then.
I hesitate.
I will make a turn of pedal boat alone or I invite this young lady on the bench (but she leaves her telephone)
Thomas Fuller got it right! Another beautiful art photo. Perfect for today's theme.
Lynette: That is too cool!!
Julie: It was a novelty then ... I remember NOT wanting my kids running through it, lol.

what a wise man that was! it is bad enough when they shut the water off for repairs in the building - can you imagine if the well ran dry :)

Water is everywhere today! Thank you for visiting ArradonDP!
I'd love to be sitting on the dock of that bay or river or whatever.
This is such a poetical post! Both the picture (which seems to happen in another era) and the wise quote.
Bravo!
Carol: Thank you so much!
