I love this pic. This is an excellent subject. So... that means there are aligators downtown, here in this beautiful little town! For sure, I would obey the law :-)
And thanks a lot for your compliments about my new sister blog: http://frenchpractice.blogspot.com/ I really appreciate what you said. It's true, it takes a tremendous time to do. And editing with blogger is a real nightmare. Of course, I have to use HTML and most of the time it doesn't work as I expected and besides it is not WYSIWYG which complicate even more the thing.
Dorothee: Thank you! I thought I saw an alligator's eyes peering at me one day, but I didn't stay around long enough for him to catch me, lol. They say there are alligators in every body of water in Florida, or at least there could be, so WATCH OUT!!
Re: Your sister blog! Again, amazing, and I know what kind of time you must spend on it. Thank you so much for the effort!
Janice: You know, I'm pretty sure you can pick up a nice condo in the green building cheap! I think I saw an auction notice for a repo'd unit!! Come on down!! LOL
Can't escape it here in Florida. But, seriously, they stay away from humans. Only a few people are eaten each year, and sometimes a couple of dogs will be dragged off, but that's about it! LOL!!!
In design courses, we are always told to create a B/W copy of our painting/collage attempts, and the sky and the water in this pic tells me why I should do just that! So much light and shade I'd miss if this were in more "true" colors.
Not only will I obey it, I will obey it from here!!!Alligators.....they look scary on TV ....not interested in an up close and personal relationship......ever.

Yikes - I'd obey the law too but I would like to live in that red and white building -such a view!

Thanks for your visiting and nice comment! I am glad I found you too!
I bet this lake doesnt have any ducks!
Here is a place where I would not want to live.
Uma por Dia: They get along okay, lol!! Those little ducks from today's post live in this lake.
Of course, maybe there are only three left to photograph this week!!
LOL
To have alligators as neighbors is not a good idea.
