Neighbors, A Phone Booth Away

An extremely rare photograph of two of the shops on Bloom Street ... rare because there are no cars parked on the street, allowing me a clear, straight on shot. Carrs Barber Shop's motto is, "Between the cradle and the grave, lies a haircut and a shave." Sherlock's Of Celebration serves soups, sandwiches, and sweets.

Good crisp, clear photo George - does Sherlock's serve homemade soups? Count me in then LOL

Janice: Thanks! I think the soups are homemade, but I'll double check before you get on the train!! LOL ... I appreciate your comments!

And a Uk phone box! Yet another fascinating photo from you George. Wonderful! Thankyou for your comment on Menton today. I don't know why my photo isn't showing up on your blog. It is on the portal. Hopefully that has righted itself. I know that if you click on a blank box, as you did, the photo will come up large - strange tho...

This is a rare sight in so many ways - most of all due to your oh-so-interesting method of presenting the image.

Did a double take when I saw the box!

The clear street certainly makes the shot and I really like the way these petrol blues and reds work together.

Jilly: Thank you so much! Blogger can be strange at times, I'm glad I got to see the exquisite photo.

Annie: Thank you!

Julie: Import, lol! Thank you!

That is a funny saying....and here I thought it was unusual due to you being able to find a phone booth!
